About the role

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs & business goals; collaborate with stakeholders to align the product roadmap with organizational objectives.; understand our existing and future customer needs through interviews, A/B testing, and conversations to execute on high impact feature development.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights and feedback; analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with & lead our technical investments (drive overall strategy, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; etc.); lead product design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces; create and iterate upon UI/UX designs to ensure alignment with product goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum ~3 years experience in a product role, preferably in an early-stage business. Ideally more. But still ready for a fast-paced and execution-forward environment.
  • Exceptional execution capabilities, scrappiness, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for innovation in artificial intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies.
