About the role
- Own a high-volume pipeline of marketing-generated leads from the US and LATAM.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Climate X, qualifying and nurturing opportunities quickly.
- Uncover prospects’ climate-related challenges and educate them on how Spectra delivers value.
- Progress qualified leads to discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Manage approximately 250 active leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression.
- Hand off qualified opportunities to the AE team after a discovery call; nurture non-ready opportunities until sales-ready.
Requirements
- Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills (for LATAM engagement).
