About the role

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for indirect channels
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and identify new opportunities
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, targets and incentives
  • Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions
  • Lead trainings, roadshows and events with partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations)

Requirements

  • Has a strategic vision and is results-oriented
  • Enjoys working with autonomy and making decisions
  • Values relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Is communicative, analytical, and prefers autonomy in day-to-day activities;
  • Postgraduate degree completed or in progress (business administration, engineering, marketing or related fields)
  • Proven experience with indirect channels, B2B sales or partner management
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and advanced Excel
  • Negotiation skills, strategic vision and leadership
  • Availability to travel
