About the role
- Develop and implement growth strategies for indirect channels
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and identify new opportunities
- Negotiate commercial agreements, targets and incentives
- Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions
- Lead trainings, roadshows and events with partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations)
Requirements
- Has a strategic vision and is results-oriented
- Enjoys working with autonomy and making decisions
- Values relationships with partners and internal teams
- Is communicative, analytical, and prefers autonomy in day-to-day activities;
- Postgraduate degree completed or in progress (business administration, engineering, marketing or related fields)
- Proven experience with indirect channels, B2B sales or partner management
- Proficiency with CRM tools and advanced Excel
- Negotiation skills, strategic vision and leadership
- Availability to travel
