Product Manager

• Work directly with customers onsite and remotely to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs
• Conduct user research, demos, and training sessions in the field
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and feature specifications
• Define and refine core product workflows based on direct customer feedback
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with with engineering to design to drive delivery of product capabilities that solve real customer problems
• Ensure successful rollout of new core product features
• Maintain a finger on the market pulse for inspiration and competitive positioning
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO defining and prioritizing the future of CivilGrid’s product
