• The Strategic Projects Bureau leads initiatives that advance the City and Council’s priorities, as well as emerging strategic issues and opportunities.
• The Strategic Projects Bureau acts as project lead, supporting projects by providing strategic advice and execution expertise, and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• The Bureau implements coordinated, partner-focused approaches for large-scale, high-profile, transformational initiatives that bring together multiple departments and stakeholders.
• As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Strategic Projects Bureau’s performance measurement and reporting processes.
• In addition to traditional analysis, you will:
• Help define which data to measure, measurement methods, and the use of performance data.
• Support the implementation of performance measurement frameworks, ensuring that the foundations required for data-driven decision-making are in place across all client organizations.
• Provide project management services for assigned projects related to operational improvement and performance.
