About the role

  • Member of a DevOps squad of four DevOps Engineers, supporting the development of our IT platforms
  • Part of our Application Software Platform team, helping build container-based customer platforms as well as our development platforms
  • Implement and evaluate DevOps strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle
  • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds and deployments

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, plus experience in Platform or DevOps Engineering
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, and with container technologies like Docker, Podman and Kubernetes
  • Experience automating Linux and Windows server systems
  • Knowledge of Python and Rust
  • Team player with strong communication skills and an independent, structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent German (written and spoken) required
