About the role

  • Develop a strong understanding of partners’ business objectives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic opportunities that meet those objectives.
  • Support account managers in managing partner relationships.
  • Assist in developing integrated promotional concepts that drive partner activations.
  • Prepare detailed year-end reports on partnership execution.
  • Collaborate within the team to build strong relationships that support cross-departmental goals.
  • Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate tracking and management of creative campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate exclusive on-site experiences such as backstage tours, artist and team Q&As, and on-site activations.
  • Support the successful delivery of partner visibility deliverables, such as partner ticket inventories.
  • Help manage all activities and ensure partner brand visibility across Cirque du Soleil marketing campaigns and digital assets for touring shows under the big top and in arenas.
  • Consolidate, update and share key information about partner presence across global markets with all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Gather and present comprehensive marketing plans and data to share with our partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience in partnerships, partnership activation, or events is a strong asset.
  • 3–4 years of experience in partnerships, brand activation and/or marketing (agency or client side).
  • Understanding of core principles of partnership marketing and a strategic planning mindset.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
  • Able to work autonomously and independently with integrity.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, and strong relationship management abilities.
