About the role
- Own the data analytics and data science efforts for our payments pillar and compliance team
- Ensure technical soundness and impactful results from your team
- Build structures for an organized and impactful team
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science
- 3+ years managing both reporting functions and analytics/data science functions
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as R or Python
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in payments is highly preferred
