About the role

  • Identify, sensitize and mobilize women in vulnerable situations
  • Liaise with partners and local leaders to engage target audiences
  • Monitor beneficiaries throughout their participation in the project
  • Plan and implement activities for the target audience
  • Support the development of the work plan, activity schedule and project implementation
  • Implement the project's work plan, monitoring task progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Organize activities and external actions within the project's territory of operation
  • Oversee and manage training, advisory services, consulting and volunteer activities with women entrepreneurs
  • Participate in the selection, follow-up and monitoring of participants
  • Attend project alignment meetings and follow-ups
  • Build partnerships to strengthen project actions
  • Organize and maintain relevant project documentation
  • Collect information and data from the project's target audience
  • Prepare activity reports with quantitative and qualitative results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education (Pedagogy), Business Administration, Project Management, Public Policy or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Experience facilitating groups using participatory methodologies and nonviolent communication
  • Ability to engage with communities, public institutions and local stakeholders
  • Analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation, territorial diagnosis and field problem-solving
  • Knowledge of the municipal social assistance system and the local entrepreneurial ecosystem
  • Experience in social projects focused on entrepreneurship, income generation or women's economic empowerment
  • Fieldwork experience with marginalized communities and peripheral territories
  • Social mobilization experience and involvement in programs aimed at women and vulnerable populations
  • Monitoring and evaluation: indicators, metrics, data collection and analysis
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and online collaborative platforms (spreadsheets, presentations, documents, file management, online conferencing, etc.)
  • Preparation of technical reports and financial/accountability reporting
  • Knowledge of social research, community diagnosis and participatory methodologies
  • Experience in social mobilization and territorial coordination
  • Familiarity with gender public policies, social protection and women's rights
  • Organization and management of databases
