About the role
- Good communication with the team and with the client, providing clarity on day-to-day activities;
- Technical refinement;
- Maintain and develop COBOL applications, integrating with databases;
- Anticipate opportunities and issues, acting quickly and effectively to develop preventive solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in COBOL programming;
- Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, JCL, ChangeMan, TSO, VSAM, and debug tools;
- Experience with DB2 and SQL databases;
- Familiarity with mainframe development environments;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience with Hexavision;
- Experience with Java and JIRA.
