About the role
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the use of best practices and tools according to the agile framework (Scrum or Kanban);
- Facilitate Daily meetings, retrospectives, planning sessions and Scrum review sessions;
- Measure productivity, quality and effectiveness metrics and the product's business impact;
- Monitor daily activities with the development/engineering and product teams, ensuring management of the agreed backlog and roadmap as well as any negotiations with the client;
- Propose process improvements and establish interactions between teams;
- Encourage teams to pursue efficiency;
- Track agile metrics for continuous improvement;
- Promote sustainability and the evolution of an agile mindset;
- Ensure that each ceremony fulfills its purpose and adheres to its established timebox;
- Risk management and roadmap oversight;
- Issue management and continuous improvement, focusing on delivery quality for the client.
Requirements
- Use of data and metrics to ensure the value of deliveries (please specify the metrics used);
- Knowledge of upstream and downstream processes;
- Project management methodologies;
- Experience managing IT projects;
- Experience with discovery (the person will support the Product Owner);
- Strong communication skills as the role will work closely with the client;
- Experience in digital product development;
- Availability to travel to São Paulo.
