About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for mid-market accounts
- Generate pipeline through a combination of inbound qualification and self-sourced outbound prospecting
- Partner with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing to deliver tailored buying journeys
- Lead effective discovery and champion-building conversations with CS, RevOps, and Revenue leaders
- Maintain deal progression and pipeline health using best-in-class sales tools and processes
- Deliver accurate forecasting, maintain CRM hygiene, and execute a structured sales methodology
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales with a focus on mid-market customers
- A proven ability to prospect proactively and generate outbound pipeline
- Experience closing multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Operational fluency: forecasting, opportunity management, deal pacing
- Familiarity with (or a desire to learn) structured sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler
- Strong business acumen and ability to consultatively map value to customer outcomes
- AI fluency is a plus.
