About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for mid-market accounts
  • Generate pipeline through a combination of inbound qualification and self-sourced outbound prospecting
  • Partner with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing to deliver tailored buying journeys
  • Lead effective discovery and champion-building conversations with CS, RevOps, and Revenue leaders
  • Maintain deal progression and pipeline health using best-in-class sales tools and processes
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, maintain CRM hygiene, and execute a structured sales methodology
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales with a focus on mid-market customers
  • A proven ability to prospect proactively and generate outbound pipeline
  • Experience closing multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Operational fluency: forecasting, opportunity management, deal pacing
  • Familiarity with (or a desire to learn) structured sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler
  • Strong business acumen and ability to consultatively map value to customer outcomes
  • AI fluency is a plus.
