• Conduct family assessments, home visits and facilitate group programming.
• Monitor sanctions (e.g., electronic monitoring) and rewards.
• Engage with families, schools, and agencies to connect youth with vital resources.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as needed and gain firsthand exposure to the legal process.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties, balancing accountability with flexibility.
