About the role
- Develop and execute sustainable category sourcing strategies
- Act as a champion for strategic sourcing
- Lead category management for key spend areas
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior business stakeholders
- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers
- Oversee supplier performance management
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to regulatory requirements
- Develop strategies to minimize supply chain risk
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience
- Proven track record in leading complex negotiations and managing contracts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in additional European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish is highly advantageous
- Flexibility to travel across Europe, with an expectation of up to 25% travel time
