About the role
- Primary interface between clients and the laboratory for daily phone interactions
- Proactive customer service via phone, email, video chat
- Monitors testing report due dates
- Ensures timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries
- Routes customer requests and complaints to the appropriate team members
- Collaborates with sales on current and new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or science
- One or more years of experience in customer relations
- MS Office software usage
- Salesforce usage
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Salesforce (CRM) is essential
