About the role

  • Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of technology solutions that support operational workflows
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation or system enhancements
  • Support data integration efforts between platforms (e.g., claims systems, CRM, ERP)
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business analysts to gather requirements and document technical specifications
  • Participate in system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting
  • Develop dashboards or reporting tools to improve visibility into operational metrics
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives using tools like Power Automate, ServiceNow, or RPA platforms

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation skills and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SAS, SQL)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in healthcare systems, operations, and digital transformation
  • Understanding healthcare standards and regulations, exposure to tech platforms – Salesforce, Workday, Epic, Facets, etc.
  • Experience with Automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
