About the role

  • Supports the review and analysis of current contact center operational processes
  • Provides data-driven insights related to establishing operational targets, best practices, and training programs
  • Works alongside other team members and key stakeholders to improve contact center processes
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets contact center's data to prepare reports for leadership
  • Identifies operation improvement opportunities and prepares financial and quality impact analysis
  • Tracks operational processes and develops dashboards based on operational data
  • Notifies contact center employees on improvement opportunities and provides short-term resolutions
  • Supports development and maintenance of dashboards to assess operations performance
  • Documents best practices, policies, and standards
  • Supports ongoing training programs within the contact center

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree
  • 0 – 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in contact center with expertise on collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data preferred
