About the role
- Supports the review and analysis of current contact center operational processes
- Provides data-driven insights related to establishing operational targets, best practices, and training programs
- Works alongside other team members and key stakeholders to improve contact center processes
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets contact center's data to prepare reports for leadership
- Identifies operation improvement opportunities and prepares financial and quality impact analysis
- Tracks operational processes and develops dashboards based on operational data
- Notifies contact center employees on improvement opportunities and provides short-term resolutions
- Supports development and maintenance of dashboards to assess operations performance
- Documents best practices, policies, and standards
- Supports ongoing training programs within the contact center
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- 0 – 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Experience working in contact center with expertise on collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data preferred
