About the role
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable training and content.
- Build and maintain playbooks, onboarding guides, and training materials.
- Deliver live and virtual sessions for new processes, tools, and initiatives.
- Build and manage the onboarding experience for new sales hires.
- Serve as a resource for frontline teams, providing mentoring and support.
- Collaborate with the Sales Programs Manager on quarterly objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning & development or training roles.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience crafting and delivering training content in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business operations tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience crafting onboarding programs for sales teams (preferred).
- Ability to translate strategic goals into practical content (preferred).
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (preferred).
- Comfort with instructional compose principles and adult learning methodologies (preferred).
- Proficiency in coordinating and maintaining content libraries (preferred).
- Familiarity with business processes used in sales organizations (preferred).
