About the role

  • Drive case sales and retail execution within assigned territory
  • Increase distribution, secure cooler placements, and execute off-shelf displays
  • Train and educate distributor and field sales teams through ride-alongs, blitzes, and meetings
  • Foster communication and execution alignment with Distributor Partners
  • Submit weekly sales recaps and trade development trip reports
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs via Celsius sales application
  • Plan and manage travel logistics and expenses 3+ weeks in advance
  • Coordinate POS materials and samples ahead of travel market activations
  • Support Director and Regional Sales Managers with ad hoc initiatives
  • Participate in weekly performance calls to review progress and opportunities
  • Coach and develop field sales team members to drive consistency and execution

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in field sales, distributor management, or beverage industry roles
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication skills in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Experience with retail sales, route planning, and customer training
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word
  • Ability to analyze margin and profit matrices for deal negotiation
  • Deep understanding of local territory and surrounding area
  • Knowledge of energy drink category and brand-specific product lines
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage T&E budgets, book travel in advance, and meet aggressive timelines
  • This position requires 50%–60% travel and a valid U.S. Driver’s License
