- Manage a portfolio of large, strategic accounts across Ghana
- Conduct comprehensive market intelligence across Ghana
- Build and lead a high-performing, distributed sales team across Ghana

Requirements
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven Sales Hunter
- Solid experience in managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts across Ghana markets
- Skilled in uncovering client growth potential through structured upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and sector-specific dynamics across Ghana
- Experience working in close alignment with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams
- A strong track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas and KPIs
- High level of commercial and financial acumen
