About the role
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the site's network operating environment
- Provide technical support and perform maintenance
- Install, maintain and configure network hardware and equipment, routers, switches, wireless access point (ARUBA Access points), and SDWAN devices
- Manage, monitor, and support various network devices
- Documenting processes and monitoring network performance metrics
- Explore new solutions, enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement, projects and more
- Perform the acquisition, provisioning and decommissioning of related equipment, software and services
- Formally document change requests and manage the changes
- Manage external service providers
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of related experience
- 2 to 4 years experience in a similar technical analyst/ network specialist role supporting Cisco equipment and software
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
