About the role
- Provides direct and indirect supervision to subordinate team leaders and professional employees performing diverse roles
- Manages a team of professionals providing expertise in engineering operations in support of production business units
- Communicates progress and results to senior management and customers
- Ensures we are providing best of breed solutions in areas such as product/engineering data exchange, data issues resolutions, data setup integrity and customer data collaboration.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of quality improvement practices and techniques
- Understanding of competitor's pricing models
- Knowledge of competitive benchmarks for pricing of specific product types
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
