Engineer

• Lead the design and development of electrical power systems and components, including one-line diagrams, schematics, load lists, grounding plans, and lighting systems.
• Conduct comprehensive power system studies, such as load flow, short circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies using industry software like ETAP, SKM, or ASPEN Oneliner.
• Ensure all designs, installations, and operations strictly adhere to relevant national, state, and local codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NESC, IEEE, NERC, ERCOT, local Texas building codes).
• Oversee projects from the conceptual stage through construction and implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including manufacturing engineers, architects, civil engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other technical personnel involved in the projects.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, specifications, and project updates for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide technical support during the construction and installation phases, perform site inspections, and troubleshoot complex electrical issues as they arise.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, such as renewable energy integration and smart grids, to drive continuous improvement and sustainable power solutions.
