About the role
- Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications and may act as primary customer contact
- Develop deployment strategies and plans
- Manage relationships with key vendors/partners
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
- Set yearly plans and goals for the department, give direction on expected performance, provide regular performance evaluations
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project management
- Technical knowledge of software development processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
