About the role
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the site's operating environment, ensuring the ongoing reliability, performance and security of the infrastructure.
- Monitor and upkeep the operating environments.
- Respond to incidents & problems.
- Deploy new technologies such as PCs/servers and related utilities and hardware.
- Troubleshoot problems as reported by users.
- Support Web access and telephony services.
- Acquire, replace and decommission related equipment, software and services.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Familiarity with a wide range of security and management tools, including endpoint protection platforms like CrowdStrike and ThreatLocker, encryption and patching systems such as BigFix and BitLocker, and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems like ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's Degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
