Business Intelligence Developer

• Design and develop financial and operational dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to track performance, forecast trends, and monitor KPIs across Sales and Finance functions
• Support financial planning and forecasting processes, including variance analysis, revenue and expense tracking
• Provide analytical support for budgeting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning activities
• Automate existing financial reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
• Advise leadership on financial insights, business drivers, and implications of data findings
• Recommend and implement new data or analytical solutions to support evolving business needs
• Ensure data integrity and alignment between financial systems and BI tools
• Partner with the finance and sales teams to benchmark performance and identify actionable recommendations
