About the role
- Coordination of day-to-day operations
- Gradual assumption of broader responsibilities within the department
- Planning and conducting internal and external audits
- Independently managing and evaluating change processes
- Technical point of contact for suppliers, customers and internal interfaces – nationally and internationally
- Development, management and implementation of cross-departmental quality management projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Active maintenance and further development of our integrated quality and energy management system
Requirements
- Completed vocational training — preferably in a technical or production-related administrative field, or a relevant degree
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of energy or environmental management systems is an advantage
- Technical understanding and an interest in optimizing processes and systems
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and a confident demeanor
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Confident user of MS Office
