• Responsible for selling the complete line of CCC products and related services to both customers and prospects
• Manage personal business expenses within company approved guidelines
• Maintain proficiency on CCC’s complete product suite to effectively articulate its value, provide technical assistance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with sales management to create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets for assigned territory
• Implement required sales process and maintain proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) maintenance including activity tracking, pipeline management and capturing competitive intel
• Analyze industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and generate plans to achieve sales objectives
• Develop Regional MSO sales plans that are consistent with short-range and long-range objectives
• Support the Automotive Service Group’s National Account Team as they develop and execute on account plans
• Collaborate with Client Solution Advisor (CSA) and Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to maximize revenue growth and drive customer retention
• Assist with customer retention efforts to achieve overall revenue growth initiatives
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings
• Conduct weekly team calls/reports detailing sales, customer trends, and competitive landscape
