Accounting Manager

• Provide high-level executive support managing client communication, workflows, and firm operations
• Handle client intake and onboarding, follow-ups for missing documents, and monitor client portal/email
• Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule meetings
• Track tax return, accounting, and project deadlines and prepare weekly status reports
• Coordinate and follow up with offshore staff (AcoBloom) to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Maintain organized client files and firm records in cloud storage
• Coordinate signatures, DocuSign, and e-filing confirmations
• Prepare and update engagement letters and track renewals
• Support billing and financial admin: draft invoices, track AR, and order supplies
• Act as the central point of communication between offshore staff and the firm
• Use tools including Canopy Software, Excel, Slack, Outlook, DocuSign, cloud file management, and invoice software
