About the role

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across major advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
  • Define strategies, audience targeting, creatives, and remarketing flows.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong organization and daily performance monitoring.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Data Studio, and other performance platforms.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and performance data to guide campaign management.
  • Produce clear, visual, and consistent reports presenting insights, learnings, and recommended next steps.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer behavior.
  • Participate in monthly planning alongside the marketing and commercial teams.
  • Work with the creative team on testing, producing, and continuously improving ads.
  • Prepare scripts and briefs for creatives: images and videos.
  • Write ad copy, ensuring alignment between strategy, messaging, and performance.

Requirements

  • Availability for a hybrid work model in São José dos Campos, SP.
  • Proven experience with paid traffic, performance marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and self-management.
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and support decision-making.
  • Proficiency with metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CAC.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Certifications in advertising platforms are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the fitness, wellness, or sports market is considered an advantage.
