About the role
- Develop and execute partner activation programs that drive lead generation, pipeline progression, and revenue through reseller, health plan, and referral partnerships.
- Operationalize playbooks and training to accelerate partner readiness and effectiveness in positioning Carrot to their client bases.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for key partners, leading joint pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, marketing efforts, and other growth initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to implement scalable go-to-market programs and processes that improve partner engagement and outcomes.
- Define and track KPIs associated with partner-influenced revenue, lead generation, joint customer performance, and overall partnership satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to streamline activation workflows and improve partner experience.
- Represent Carrot in partner-facing meetings, trainings, and events to strengthen collaboration and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8-10 years of sales, partnerships, or consulting experience, preferably in healthcare/healthtech or employee benefits
- Consistent over achievement in quota and revenue goals
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Ability for domestic travel as needed, minimally once per quarter
