• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with hyperscalers and colocation providers
• Develop tailored solutions (one-stop-shop: new facilities – chillers & airside / controls & service)
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through proactive support and fast issue resolution
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
• Acquire new customers, prepare proposals and lead successful negotiations
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Monitor the market and analyze trends, competitors and new technologies
• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, operations, customer service) to ensure successful project delivery
• Regularly report on project status, sales pipeline and decision-making processes
• Work closely with product experts and the technical team
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
