About the role
- Lead Carrier’s established distribution customers
- Oversee distribution channel management activities
- Develops distribution channel management plans
- Identify and visit key customers
- Provide updates to Carrier's senior management
- Collaborate across Carrier functions
- Aggressively manage performance of distribution channels
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience working in the HVAC industry
- 5+ years of combined work experience in sales, product management, engineering, and/or marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 2 Step Distribution Process Experience
- Light Commercial Sales Experience (i.e. Rooftop HVAC Units)
- Strong Executive Presence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of urgency, self-initiative, and dedication
- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
