About the role
- Create and evolve equipment from concept to prototype.
- Run and refine the ECR/ECN change process.
- Be the go-to technical partner for Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Production Engineering.
- Find and deliver smart cost reductions.
- Produce designs, drawings, and reliable cost estimates.
- Lead or support prototype builds, tests, and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master´s in Mechanical Engineering.
- Confident English communication.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and email fluency.
- Clear communicator, resilient, analytical, team player, always learning.
- Great to have Experience in a similar engineering role.
- 3D CAD know-how (Solid Edge as an advantage).
- ERP familiarity (e.g., SAP).
