About the role
- Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for referral sources and potential clients
- Conduct consultations to identify and analyze client needs
- Create and deliver estimates to potential clients
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales
- Increase marketplace awareness through innovative marketing strategies
- Meet with various community groups and local businesses to promote Caring Transitions' services
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Respect and appreciation for aged and elderly clients
- Strong listening, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to be led, coached, and contribute positively to the team
- Strong background with Microsoft products and CRM's
