Consultant

• Provide guidance and support to existing and new dairy customers to improve their farm profitability and sustainability.
• Work in a team supporting the sales representatives of the direct channel.
• Help assess customer needs, solve inefficiencies, and define appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals.
• Help identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships for future sales.
• Plan daily activities, including customer visits and objectives.
• Follow market and competition evolution, passing information to senior staff.
• Handle basic issues under supervision, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned
