About the role
- Understands how metrics are used and managed to provide insights into the performance of the plant
- Supports the implementation of plant HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration processes
- Supports the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business
- Supports the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee and team performance
- Supports the execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location
- Provides human resources support to plant supervisors and employees
Requirements
- Experience in related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Written and verbal communication in English/Spanish
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a Human Resources Capacity
- Experience deescalating conflict
- Experience in Talent Acquisition
