About the role

  • Understands how metrics are used and managed to provide insights into the performance of the plant
  • Supports the implementation of plant HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration processes
  • Supports the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business
  • Supports the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee and team performance
  • Supports the execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location
  • Provides human resources support to plant supervisors and employees

Requirements

  • Experience in related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Written and verbal communication in English/Spanish
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a Human Resources Capacity
  • Experience deescalating conflict
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition
