About the role
- Oversee all operations from multiple departments, processes or shifts
- Ensure teams are following policies related to employee, food and feed safety and environmental compliance
- Oversee production outcomes to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications
- Partner collaboratively with appropriate centers of excellence
- Accountable for capital investments and for multiple departments, processes, shifts, and startup/commissioning of larger projects
- Develops and oversees operational plans and monitors routine operations for all production processes
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Two years of supervisory experience (Preferred)
- Experience with budgeting and operational planning (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma (Preferred)
