About the role

  • Define, communicate, and evolve TRM’s GenAI vision and roadmap. Identify areas where GenAI can create transformational value and ensure alignment with TRM, DT&D, and enterprise strategies. Translate strategy into measurable, actionable projects.
  • Lead and mentor the TRM GenAI team (including the Enablement Lead and other contributors). Foster a high-performance culture built on innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Set priorities, define roles, and guide capability development.
  • Build and manage the TRM GenAI initiative portfolio. Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and delivery processes to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance. Oversee budget allocation, resourcing, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion ethical, transparent, and compliant GenAI usage. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and the AI COE to embed governance structures ensuring explainability, data integrity, and accountability.
  • Partner with DT&D to advance TRM’s data maturity (governance, integrity, and scalability). Define architecture requirements for GenAI applications and make strategic buy-versus-build recommendations.
  • Oversee GenAI evaluation frameworks, gold-standard test datasets, and acceptance criteria for solution validation. Ensure rigorous performance tracking, bias monitoring, and compliance controls.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for GenAI adoption across TRM. Define and lead talent development and upskilling programs, building TRM fluency in GenAI principles and practices.
