About the role
- Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday platform, including HCM and Finance application
- Serves as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders
- Drives the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance
- Leads the Workday support team
- Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance
- Ensures up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities
- Develops and promote continuous learning within the support team
- Establishes and measure Key Performance Indicators
- Manages vendor relationships, performance, and delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in application management and support
- Minimum 2 years’ Workday configuration or administration experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position or minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory position with completion of CareOregon’s Aspiring Leaders Program
- Workday Pro certification in one or more areas
- Experience with Process Improvement and Change Management related to HR/Finance systems
- Advanced experience related to implementation and management of enterprise HR or Financials applications.
