- Ensure team's roadmaps/plans focus on agreed business priorities
- Define scope, kick-off, manage and execute complex programs
- Drive vision for initiative/program towards clear objectives
- Create clear planning documents and roadmaps
- Establish a solid governance routine
- Hold stakeholders accountable and proactively identify risks
- Enable teams & leaders to make quality decisions
- Lead high complexity projects from scoping to execution
Requirements
- Strong project management skills/experience
- Experience with different methodologies and techniques
- Background in Agile Project management, PMI certification and/or LEAN
- Proven track record to lead high complexity projects
- Solid business understanding, use quantitative and qualitative data
- Analytical skills and data handling
- Change management experience & mind-set
- Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration
- Ability to influence and steer leadership
- Ability to break up complex problems into actionable solutions
- Experience in short-term rental regulatory compliance, product management and/or business operations is a plus
