About the role

  • Collaborating with Sales Leaders, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Sales Enablement to design and execute custom sales programs
  • Delivering prescriptive programs quarterly at the SVP level with a focus on driving results across the Sales ecosystem
  • Designing effective enterprise sales strategies and ensuring they are operationalized with field teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, or Sales Operations
  • Experience designing revenue-producing sales campaigns or programs
  • Experience drawing actionable insights from data sets (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Google G Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales geos, territories, and leadership levels
