About the role
- Collaborating with Sales Leaders, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Sales Enablement to design and execute custom sales programs
- Delivering prescriptive programs quarterly at the SVP level with a focus on driving results across the Sales ecosystem
- Designing effective enterprise sales strategies and ensuring they are operationalized with field teams
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, or Sales Operations
- Experience designing revenue-producing sales campaigns or programs
- Experience drawing actionable insights from data sets (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc.)
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Google G Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales geos, territories, and leadership levels
