About the role

  • Analyze, plan, and optimize IT infrastructures and processes with a focus on Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server)
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT solutions, including maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
  • Collaborate closely with customers
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification, with several years of professional experience
  • Passion for IT and modern technologies
