About the role

  • Deployment and management of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Implementation and management of security policies
  • User support and training in the form of technical end-user support
  • Development and implementation of automation scripts
  • Monitoring the performance and availability of AVD environments
  • Migration from Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus
  • Experience managing IT projects and coordinating across multiple teams
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams, including network, security, and application development teams
  • Information security is important to us: if you also have a good knack for securely handling sensitive data and information, even better!
