About the role
- Analyze current financial results to identify and address business needs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
- Develop presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences
- Proactively identify and lead new analysis that drives insights into business performance
- Partner with finance leaders and their teams to provide management with project statuses
- Work closely with the finance team to identify areas for driving efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
- Preferred qualifications include a quantitative field degree, MBA, CFA or CPA license
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years experience in financial services, banking or technology industries
- 3+ years experience partnering with senior leaders and internal stakeholders
