About the role
- Help manage and support the resilience testing process
- Document, monitor and control critical process points as defined by technical requirements
- Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process
- Lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide resilience program- and plan-level reporting and documentation
- Ensure alignment of technology capabilities and requirements to documented policies, standards and procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance data management practices and controls
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
- At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 4+ years of Process Management experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of Resilience or Disaster Recovery planning (preferred)
- 2+ years of Testing experience (preferred)
- 1+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred)
