About the role
- Work closely with Capgemini project manager(s) and client POCs to identify client requirements
- Support client SharePoint administration, management, and enhancements
- Provide daily support, including maintaining user access to sites
- Collect data and monitor usage of SharePoint sites and lists
- Lead team in design, develop, test, deploy, and document SharePoint/Web solutions
- Collaborate with client POCs to automate workflows, improve business processes
- Create sites, templates, workflows, lists, and libraries to support client initiatives
- Develop and deliver training, communications, and tutorials to provide support to clients on SharePoint functionality
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SharePoint design and development
- Experience overseeing migration projects from SharePoint 2010 to newer version
- Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with leading requirements gathering/interacting with clients
- Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications
- Understand browser-specific compatibility issues
- Advanced expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software
- Advanced experience with SharePoint Designer, Microsoft SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, PowerBI
