Operations

• Responsible for gathering, collecting and structuring data (text, tables and charts), and performing routine tasks of medium complexity such as preparing documents and action follow-up schedules, applying solutions defined by the lead manager, specialist leaders and professionals working on high- and medium-complexity demands;
• Analyze, structure and maintain the WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) for projects and operations within the Executive Management, ensuring effective interface management with project areas, operations and technical disciplines;
• Support planning, control and management activities for the management team;
• Develop and update processes and reporting tools, prepare materials and deliver presentations;
• Build the Business Plan and Annual Business Plan, monitor and control the project portfolio, operations and the Executive Management’s administrative expenses;
• Support the development of action plans, recording defined actions, deadlines and responsible parties;
• Support the management, control and integrated monitoring of action plans related to routine management and process demands;
• Assist in planning and conducting drills and in the analysis of management and control of routines and processes related to onshore and/or offshore demands, using methodologies, tools and systems provided by the client;
• Support local administration of systems and tools that support process management, standardization and anomaly handling, performing monitoring and integrated control of Anomaly Treatment Records (RTAs), in coordination with operational areas and the teams responsible for Anomaly Treatment processes for SMS, Production Losses, Metering and Compliance;
• Support internal and external communications, as well as the organization of corporate events;
• Assist in preparing the monthly Expense List submitted to PPSA, as well as uploading data into the SAP system, and consolidate the Monthly Activities Report, checking consistency with the Expense List for subsequent evaluation and final validation by professionals handling medium- and high-complexity demands;
• Support the consolidation of the cash call forecast submitted by managers and contract supervisors, verifying consistency with the current Work and Budget Plan (PTO);
• Assist internal and external audits and SOX controls, based on partnership agreements, management systems and other applicable requirements;
• Support planning and control of Local Content (CL), continuously verifying CL records in corporate systems and identifying and implementing adjustments for incorrect entries found in the system, as well as recommending CL measures in contracting processes and action plans to ensure compliance with CL requirements.
