About the role

  • Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in Canva's products and services.
  • Leverage sales expertise to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of Canva's solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Build rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs, understanding their design challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on features, benefits, and value propositions of Canva's subscription plans.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Provide accurate pricing information, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in inbound sales, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build meaningful relationships across diverse customer segments.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools [Gong, Outreach and Linkedin Navigator]
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Open to working a flexible, shifting schedule based on business needs.
