About the role

  • Lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s MENAP community
  • Organize and facilitate impactful in-person and virtual events
  • Develop and deliver content—case studies, toolkits, webinars
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, SEO, Content, and Partnerships teams
  • Recruit, onboard, and empower Canvassadors to act as brand ambassadors
  • Build and nurture relationships with MENAP networks, accelerators, financial institutions, and government programmes
  • Drive MAU growth and paid conversion through data-driven initiatives
  • Act as the local expert on MENAP trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience growing and engaging MENAP audiences
  • Deep understanding of the MENAP landscape—its challenges, ecosystems, and opportunities
  • Proven ability to design and scale ambassador programmes, peer-led advocacy, and grassroots campaigns
  • Skilled at creating and managing partnerships with networks, accelerators, financial institutions, and government programmes
  • Strong experience facilitating impactful activations
  • Ability to craft compelling content—case studies, toolkits, webinars
  • Analytical skills to track community KPIs
  • Comfortable working with Growth Marketing, SEO, Content, Product, and Partnerships teams
  • Confident public speaker with experience in facilitating webinars and workshops
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration
